OVERVIEW- The City of Peoria looking for qualified companies to provide vacant lot clearing services at the direction of the City of Peoria Public Works Department. Selected qualified companies will be added to a list, allowing them to bid on lot clearing opportunities as they become available. Additional Bidding Instructions

RFQ SUBMISSION INFORMATION - There are two (2) options for RFQ submittal.

Mailed Option - Sealed responses – one (1) original and three (3) copies – will be accepted by the City of Peoria at the Peoria City Hall – Purchasing Division: 419 Fulton St. RM 108, Peoria, IL 61602, until 2:00 p.m. April 25, 2024. Responses shall be submitted in a sealed envelope or package with the RFQ title and RFQ number marked on the outside (RFQ # - RFQ Title). Please include your company name and return address on the outside of the envelope.

Electronic Option - Responses can also be submitted electronically through BidNet. Only one (1) copy is needed. Please see Attachment E in the documents for additional information and instructions.

Bids received after the stated date and time will not be considered. Faxed bids will not be accepted. Bids will be opened and publicly recorded immediately following the closing time set for the receipt of bids.
