Implementation Partner Selection: A new CRM will be presented for Board of Trustee approval in September 2024, and the following objectives are in scope for this implementation:

Detailed project plan and timeline.
Fully integrated CRM system with Peoplesoft (SIS).
Successful data migration with no loss of data integrity.
Customized CRM environment tailored to our institutional needs.
Comprehensive training materials and sessions.
Post-implementation support plan.

Scope of Work: The scope of the project will include, but is not limited to:

Seamless Integration: Integrate SLATE with our existing SIS to enable real-time data exchange and streamline workflows across admissions, enrollment, and student services.

Data Migration: Facilitate migrating historical and current data from our SIS to SLATE, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.

Customization: Customize SLATE to meet our institution's specific needs, including application forms, communication workflows, reporting, and analytics.

Training and Support: We will provide comprehensive training for our staff on using SLATE, including best practices for maximizing the platform’s capabilities.

Ongoing Support: Offer post-implementation support to address issues, optimize system performance, and ensure long-term success.
