PUBLIC NOTICE OF INVITATION TO BID (ITB) XEROGRAPHIC PAPER
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Education, Indian Prairie Community Unit School District #204 (the “District”); is requesting sealed bids to provide xerographic paper supplies for August 2, 2021 until July 29, 2022 at thirty-eight (38) facilities. Indian Prairie School District D204 utilizes an electronic bid system to post Request for Proposal (RFP) and bid opportunities. We strive to receive the best value for the goods and services purchased for the District’s needs. Bid(s) must be submitted using the Districts electronic method of bid submission.

Indian Prairie School District welcomes all vendors to register to the Illinois Purchasing Group. There is no charge to register, simply follow the registration path and select the "Limited Access" option. Indian Prairie School District has a special arrangement where you will receive notifications of matching solicitations and addenda even when selecting the Free, Limited Access package.
Requests for Clarification and Questions
Questions may be submitted the online bidding system and must be received before 4:30 PM on Wednesday, July 7, 2021. Questions received by the deadline will be answered by Thursday, July 8, 2021 by the end of business day. All questions and answers will be posted on the https://www.bidnetdirect.com/illinois/indianprairieschooldistrict204. It is each vendors responsibility to check this website for updates. All questions received after 4:30 PM on Wednesday, July 7, 2021 will not be answered.
Bid Submission
Bids are to be submitted electronically through https://www.bidnetdirect.com/illinois/indianprairieschooldistrict204 any time prior to, but no later than 2:00 PM on Monday, July 12, 2021; at which time they will be publicly opened at the virtual meeting address below:

Bids received after this deadline, will not be considered.
A bid security deposit in the form of an E-Bond in an amount not less than 10% of the cost of the contract, is included with this proposal. A Performance Bond may be required of the successful firm.
The District reserves the right to reject any and all proposals or parts thereof, waive any irregularities or informalities in proposals, and award the contract in any manner best serving the interest of the District.
All firms must comply with applicable Illinois law, including but not necessarily limited to; statutory requirements regarding labor, including Equal Employment Opportunity Laws.
