The work shall consist of repairing the existing pedestrian underpass (10’x12’ precast box culvert) underneath LaFox Road due to surface water damage that is infiltrating the joints of the culvert. This work includes structural repair of concrete, application of membrane waterproofing system for buried structures, pavement patching, pavement marking, all necessary erosion control and stabilization/restoration needed for the proposed improvements and various additional work necessary to complete the proposed improvements.
