Cost evaluation for the Distribution and Collection of Property Tax Bills:
Complete work including allowances as required for the completion of the distribution and collection of property tax bills project per specifications. The Vendors shall provide cost for the following services, individually (Part A or B) or for both services jointly (Part C):
A. Total distribution cost only.
B. Total collection cost only and must include:
•Total estimated cost
•Compensating bank balance
•Earnings rate on compensating balance (if any)
C. Total cost for both services (A and B), the complete distribution and collection of Property tax bills project per specifications and requirements.
