INTRODUCTION
The County of Peoria is currently accepting proposals from qualified vendors for RFP 26-01-24 Animal
Cremation System.
URFP INFORMATION
Sealed proposals – Two (2) hard copies, one (1) original with ‘wet’ signature, one (1) copy, and one
complete copy on flash drive will be accepted by the County of Peoria, Purchasing Division, 324 Main
Street, Room 501, Peoria, Illinois, 61602, until U2:00 pm CST on November 20, 2024U. Do not use 3 ring
binders, spiral binders, or any other binders with submission. Proposals shall be submitted in a Usealed
envelope or package with the RFP name and number, due date and time marked on the outside. The
vendor's name and return address should also be included on the outside of the envelope.
Proposals received after the stated date and time will not be considered and will be returned to the bidder
unopened. Faxed proposals will not be accepted. Proposals will be opened and publicly recorded
immediately following the closing time set for the receipt of proposals.
