INTRODUCTION
The County of Peoria is currently accepting bids from qualified vendors for Bid #18-02-24 Demolition of Unsafe Structures.

PRE-BID MEETING
A pre-bid meeting will take place on January 25, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. Peoria County Courthouse, 324 Main ST. RM 401, Peoria, IL 61602.

PUBLIC WORKS PROJECT
This project is a Public Works Project and will be subject to Prevailing Wage Act. Please see "General Instructions to Bidders" for details. In addition to the Prevailing Wage Act requirements, Peoria County requires any General, or Sub-Contractor for contracts of $5,000 or greater, to participate in an Apprenticeship Training Program and to submit a “Certificate of Apprenticeship and Training” with bid response. General Contractors will be required to submit names of any/all subcontractors to be used on this project.
