INTRODUCTION
The County of Peoria is currently accepting proposals from qualified vendors for Occupational Health
Services RFP 01-01-25.
RFP INFORMATION
Sealed unbound proposals, one (1) copy with original (wet) signatures, two (3) additional copies and a
copy of entire proposal on flash drive will be accepted by the Peoria County Finance Office/Purchasing
Division, 324 Main Street, Room 501, Peoria, Illinois, 61602, until 2:00 p.m. CST on March 25, 2025.
Proposals shall be submitted in a sealed envelope or package with the RFP name and number, due date
and time marked on the outside. The vendor's name and return address should also be included on the
outside of the envelope.
