Peoria County Probation & Court Services is pleased to announce the release of a request for proposal (RFP) for agencies experienced in the delivery of substance abuse intervention, mental health intervention and supportive services to adult offenders, specifically offenders who are assessed to be at high risk to recidivate, have a history of substance abuse or dependence, mental health diagnosis and are in need of supportive services to include: clinical bio-psychosocial Alcohol and Drug Assessments, ASAM Level I or Level II Outpatient Adult Substance Abuse services, Level 3.5 Inpatient Substance Abuse services, individual mentoring and Peer/Recovery Coaching, along with treatment and  services for individuals with a DSM-5 diagnosis. The agency would work collaboratively with the Peoria County Problem-Solving Courts; Drug Court, Mental Health Court, Veteran’s Court, and DUI Court (Drug Court Track) Teams and provide therapeutic input from the perspective of a substance abuse/mental health provider at weekly Problem-Solving Court meetings and provide services to clients referred based on identified need.
