INTRODUCTION
The County of Peoria is currently accepting proposals from qualified vendors for Preferred Provider Organization.


RFP INFORMATION
Sealed unbound proposals, one (1) copy with original (wet) signatures, two (2) additional copies and five (5) copies on flash drive will be accepted by the Peoria County Finance Office/Purchasing Division, 324 Main Street, Room 501, Peoria, Illinois, 61602, until 10:00 a.m. CST on April 18, 2024.  Proposals shall be submitted in a sealed envelope or package with the RFP name and number, due date and time marked on the outside.   The vendor's name and return address should also be included on the outside of the envelope.
