The Contractor shall provide a high quality facility cleaning service for all listed buildings that includes daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual tasks. • Contractor shall provide adequate supervision and labor to complete all tasks as scheduled/described in bid document. • Contractor must be able to provide in bid document a minimum of 3 references of contracts they currently have with other municipalities in similar size and cost. • Contractor to supply all cleaning chemicals, garbage bags, and cleaning equipment of high quality. • Required attendance to the mandatory pre-bid meeting on Wednesday, October 16, 2024, at 9am at the Mount Prospect Police Department Main Lobby.
