This work shall consist of furnishing all materials and labor required to perform a videotape survey of the construction limits, adjacent right-of-way, and adjacent structures bordering the work. This shall include, but not be limited to, existing buildings, garages, pavements, curb and gutter, sidewalks, fences, trees and landscaping. Two (2) copies of the video shall be furnished to the Village in USB flash drive format. Videotaping shall be performed by a reputable company meeting the approval of the Village, in the presence of a representative of the Village, and shall be performed prior to the commencement of construction. The videotape survey shall serve as a basis for establishing damage that has occurred as a result of construction operations.
