Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1) pre-visit planning and preparation with I&I; 2) modifying the I&I academic site visit protocol to include domains for special education services, English language learner program services, student work, and the overall student experience; 3) reviewing school submitted documents and accountability data; 4) facilitate kickoff sessions with the evaluation team that includes -norming on evaluation criteria and review process; 4) developing school-specific questions based on submitted documents and performance data; 5) be the site visit team lead and facilitator at each school visit, including school-based interview questions; 6) take actions to follow up on any responses to the team’s findings; 5) develop written reports that memorialize the findings from each site visit. The written report should include detailed insight into the qualitative observation of the instructional core and student experience; 6) facilitate an after-action review session; and 7) and other process improvement assigned duties.
