Contractor will coordinate with the CDA, AAO Divisions to develop training in the following areas for job specific titles: o *Airport Familiarization, airport markings, lighting, and airfield guidance signs. o *Airfield Safety, procedures for access to and operation in movement areas and in both runway and taxiway safety areas. o * Pedestrian and Ground Vehicles, vehicle movements on service roads, terminal areas, and construction sites. o *Foreign Object Debris/Damage o *Human Factors and Situational Awareness o *General Airport Safety, procedures for reporting unsafe airport conditions. o Airport Certification Manual (ACM). Duties as described and required under the ACM, including snow and ice control and all applicable areas. o Handling and Storage of Hazardous substances and materials. o Self-Inspection Program (Runway, taxiway and safety area inspections). o Discrepancy reporting. o Airport Emergency Plan o Notice to Airman (NOTAM) procedures. o Wildlife Hazard management o Airport Condition Reporting: Airport Construction Safety FAA Navigational Equipment FAA 7460 Airspace Studies Airport Winter Safety Safety Management System (SMS) Aircraft Familiarization Airport Communications, proper communication, and phraseology with FAA Air Traffic Control (ATC) FAR Part 139 and relevant FAA Advisory Circulars (AC’s), as deemed necessary by the CDA FAA Part 77 Air Space Surfaces, what needs to be protected
