Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Scope of Services for this Project is provided as a guide and will be used as a basis to evaluate the proposals submitted to the Forest Preserve. Consultants may wish to clarify, separate, or subcontract work items to meet their firm’s particular qualifications or expertise. A. Full Summary Appraisal Reports (“Reports”) 1. Reports should contain relevant digital photography and maps. 2. The Appraiser will email a digital copy and mail two (2) physical copies of the report. 3. The Appraisers will provide digital reports within six (6) weeks, or 42 days, of contract execution. The six-week period begins the first business day after an executed contract has been returned to the Appraiser. (If the District returns an executed contract on a Friday, the six-week period would begin three days later, on Monday.) 4. The Appraiser will provide digital report updates within two (2) weeks, or 14 days. The two-week period begins the first business day after the emailed authorization.
