Sangamon County is currently seeking sealed proposals to provide a paid dental and vision program. Proposals are being requested through the Sangamon County Office of Human Resources for the following period: Dental and Vision Plan Year January 1, 2025 – December 31, 2025 January 1, 2026 – December 31, 2026 The County’s Benefit Program currently offers a dental and vision plan through Guardian. The dental and vision request for proposals is open to brokers and companies who administer dental and vision programs. Proposals will only be accepted directly from companies administrating a dental and vision program. Companies who offer dental and vision plans are welcome to submit proposals acknowledging the employment of an agent/broker.
