Vendor will provide labor, materials to perform quarterly, semi-annual and annual inspections, testing and repairs of the facilities fire alarm system, wet pipe sprinkler systems, dry pipe sprinkler systems, pre-action sprinkler systems and chemical suppression systems for the main kitchen exhaust hood and member area kitchen exhaust hoods. All mentioned inspections will be documented for the facility and follow each inspection corresponding National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) standards along with NFPA 99 standard and NFPA Life Safety standard 101. All inspection reports are to have the following information in the report: Name of inspection, Date of inspection, Required frequency of inspection, name and contact information of the company and person who performed the inspection, the NFPA standard that was followed for the inspection and the results of the inspection. Inspection results will be documented as “Pass” or “Fail” for each device that is inspected or tested. If a device “Fails” inspection or testing the inspection technician will document the results with a description of the failure and will discuss with the facilities contact person, the repairs needed or the replacement of devices so to “Pass” the required test or inspection. All inspections, testing and repairs will be monitored by the facility’s engineering department to verify meet NFPA standards, State (including, but not limited to The Illinois Department of Public Health (IDPH)) and Federal Codes.
