A conference/training room that can accommodate at least 225 people: a podium with two (2) 8-ft long head tables classroom style seating for 225 people. A 2nd and separate room with preferably round tables for meals and breaks to facilitate networking when attendees are not in training. The menu will be as follows: 1st Day AM: Expanded continental breakfast to include muffins, bagels with cream cheese, Danish, fruit, coffee, decaf, hot tea and at least one type of juice. Coffee, decaf, hot tea and water to remain available until lunch. 1st Day Lunch: Lunch would be a buffet to include a meat entrée (with a gluten free option) and a meatless pasta (or equivalent vegetarian option). All vegetables would classify as vegetarian and gluten free; two assorted salads, vegetable, potato and at least one dessert (must include a gluten free dessert) plus drinks – water, tea and coffee. 1st Day PM Break: Should include salty and sweet snacks (only as examples: popcorn, nuts, fruits, yogurt, etc), assorted soft drinks, coffee. 2nd Day AM Snacks: Cold “take it” options such as granola bars, power bars, yogurt, along with coffee, decaf, assorted soft drinks. 2nd Day PM Snacks: Should include salty and sweet snacks ((only as examples: popcorn, nuts, fruits, yogurt, etc), assorted soft drinks, coffee.
