Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Vendor selected to provide these services will be responsible for general and emergency service for repair, maintenance and minor alterations to the heating, ventilating, and air conditioning system including, but not limited to, distribution system, absorption machines, air-cooled air conditioner units, heating and cooling roof-top units, water and air condensers, evaporators, DX units, air handling units, high and low pressure steam boilers, hot water boilers, centrifugal, circulating, condensate pumps, heat exchangers/converters, exhaust/ventilator fans, PRV stations, operating controllers, temperature control systems, and any and all equipment and components for State occupied facilities referenced in the contract or in the same vicinity, as directed by CMS Facility Manager or his/her designee. The Vendor agrees to furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, subs and any other cost related to providing the aforementioned service as detailed herein. 1.2.1 The Vendor shall, if required, furnish satisfactory evidence as to the kind and quality of work and materials. Following is a list of onsite work and materials: Parts Under the scope of this contract, vendor will provide full coverage on the equipment listed below and all required filters, including all parts, labor and refrigerant requires during repairs or refrigerant loss due to leak(s) for the items listed in Attachment A. Filters for all roof-top units and air handlers will be changes on a quarterly basis (every 3 months). All remaining filters will be changed two (2) times per year, once in the spring and once in the fall. Under this agreement, vendor will provide all labor, travel and expenses to repair all parts and components worn, doubtful or fails with like or current design parts.
