Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Village of Palatine, Illinois, (Village) hereby solicits qualified and interested firms to submit statements of qualifications (Qualifications) for providing outsourced System Administration services for the Village. Palatine is looking to enter into an agreement with a reputable Information Technology (IT) provider to provide outsource system administration functions for maintenance and operations of its server / storage, desktop and laptop computers, cybersecurity, operating systems, applications and data environment for the Village of Palatine. This service will include but is not limited to ongoing support and coordination of the Village’s IT systems network to ensure general management and operation, maintenance and troubleshooting, and proper installation and implementation of new technologies. The Village is looking for a service that will supplement in-house IT staff that performs all routine maintenance and system updates, as well as providing a resource for both end users and management staff.
