Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Wheaton (‘City’) invites qualified firms or individualsto submit proposalsto provide consulting services for the City’s 457 Deferred Compensation Plan. • Achieve a quality and diversity of investment options. • Determine and disclose provider fees, charges and expenses associated with the plan and fund options within the plan. • Seek sufficient administrative resources to cover program expenses. • Limit the amount of administrative co-ordination requirements of Plan Administrator; and limit impact and disruption of Plan changes on participants. • Provide educational services and advice to the City’s deferred compensation Committee (‘Committee’) in plan administration and meeting the Plan’s legal and fiduciary responsibilities. • Review the current plan structure and investment policy documents and make any recommendations for plan improvements or enhancements. • Review and monitor the Plan’s investment fund performance offered to participants. • Perform an annual fund performance analysis and deliver annual report and presentation to the Committee. • Provide recommendations of fund deletions and replacements to meet the standards of the Plan’s investment policies and procedures.
