This solicitation is issued by the Illinois Department of Central Management Services in cooperation and agreement with the Chief Procurement Officer for General Services. The purpose of this solicitation is to establish a Joint Purchase Master Contract to enable governmental units to obtain secured State paid parking spaces for State-owned vehicles and or vehicles used for official state purposes over the duration of the resulting term agreement(s), collectively. The secured State paid parking spaces requested are to be provided at an agreed upon cost per space on a monthly basis. These parking spaces can be a located at a combination of multi-level parking facilities and surface lots within the areas identified in this solicitation as Attachment A, Zone 1, 2, 3 Map. The State requires a guaranteed availability of 85 secured State-paid parking spaces in Zone 1, 300 secured State-paid parking spaces in Zone 2, and 120 secured State-paid parking spaces in Zone 3 upon Contract execution.
