Joliet Treatment Center has 5 Accurate Controls, Inc. systems for the doors as well as a camera and paging system. Joliet Inpatient Treatment Center has 1 door control system, door access control system (card reader) and an Accurate Controls, Inc. camera system. Vendor shall provide online 24/7 telephone technical assistance, equipment replacement, and four (4) scheduled annual service visits. Vendor shall provide eight (8) hours of programming time per plan year no additional cost. Vendor shall provide one qualified technician for the Annual service visit for a maximum of two (2) days, 8:00am until 4:30pm to inspect and adjust any equipment scheduled by the Center or deemed necessary by the inspecting technician. Vendor shall provide a routine check of all security control systems installed each visit. Vendor shall provide an emergency call-out telephone contact number and respond to all emergency calls within two (2) hours. Vendor shall provide on-site services when needed within 24 hours. Vendor shall respond and provide any requests for information, site visits, and any other requested data.
