The Vendor shall provide all labor, equipment, tools, and supplies/materials necessary to remove snow and ice from the patios, walkway, and driving asphalt pavement at the Kiley Center. Supplies/materials include but are not limited to various types of ice melting or removal products required to effectively melt or remove ice under a variety of conditions and temperatures; markers to identify driveway and sidewalk areas; tarp(s) to cover salt piles. Priority of snow removal by snowplow shall be as follows: Main entrance (Dugdale Road); Main facility driveway (outer circle); Back gate entrance (10th Street); Parking lot C1; Building B – North parking lot; Building B – Stores delivery way and back lot; Building A – South driveway (Gymnasium). Priority of snow removal by snow blower, Bobcat and/or shoveling shall be as follows: Building A – Main entrances front and back (4); Buildings D11 – D24, C2 and D27 – Front walkways; Buildings D31 – D34 and D37 – Front walkways; Buildings D41 – D50 and C5 – Front walkways; Buildings D1 – D10 and C1 – Front walkways; Interior walkway (inner circle) bridge. Greenhouse; D Buildings – Back walkways and patios (in same order as front walkways); Building B – Front entrances (Engineering and Food Service) and side entrances (Stores); Building D25 – D30, D35, D36, D38 and C4. If the Center’s building priority changes, an updated priority list will be provided to the Vendor. The Vendor shall use special care to ensure that cleared walkways, driveways, front and back gates, and parked vehicles are not obstructed when plowing/removing snow. Snow shall be plowed to the open curb. The Vendor shall be available on a twenty-four (24) hour basis, including weekends and holidays. The Vendor shall furnish the Center with contact phone number that can be used at all-times.
