Vendor will provide all labor and materials to provide haircuts to cadets enrolled at the Lincoln’s Challenge Academy. Services of approximately 150-200 male haircuts in an eight-hour period will be provided during the In-processing phase in January and July at 301 Dodge Rantoul, IL 61866 where the program will provide power access and temporary seating. During the residential phases JAN-JUN and JUL-DEC, approximately 80-90 male and 3-5 female haircuts are required in a six-hour period, once every two weeks. The program will provide two chairs, power, and water and sink access in the barber office at 212 W Borman Rantoul, IL 61866. Styles of haircuts (crew cut, fade, and female) and frequency will be agreed upon by the vendor and administrative staff. The approximate number of haircuts and styles (crew cut, fade, and female) will be provided 5 business days in advance. At least 2 barbers/cosmetologists need to be on site to complete the necessary haircuts within the given time frame of eight hours for In-processing and eight hours for residential. Vendor will provide sanitary supplies (clippers, scissors, etc.) required to perform clipper and scissor length haircuts to each visit. Number of haircuts are ESTIMATES for the term of contract; actual number of cuts performed will vary with student enrollment. The vendor will sweep the floor and dispose of debris prior to leaving for the day. A broom, dustpan and trashcan will be provided by the program.
