Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Establish and manage vendor sales networks for online, and catalog sales venues for CTA’s Gifts Program and merchandise sold through the Gifts Program (Gifts Program Merchandise); 2. Design, build and manage an e-commerce system for the sale of Gifts Program Merchandise online; a) E-Commerce system must serve as a portal, similar to Amazon, where the website has links to other CTA Licensees and other CTA and Chicago-themed merchandise. b) E-Commerce system must have employee only portal, for CTA employees to buy CTA branded merchandise. 3. Seek qualified vendors to develop, manufacture and distribute Gifts Program Merchandise under sub-license, subject to the terms and conditions of the sub-license agreement, and subject to written approval of CTA; 4. Develop and implement a strategy to place CTA Gifts merchandise in brick and mortar stores throughout the Chicago area. 5. Recommend Gifts Program Merchandise influenced by the most popular retail and transit trends; and provide quality merchandise with a high standard of style and appearance suitable to the sale, promotion and distribution that is in the best interest of CTA; 6. Utilize CTA digital files, including original artwork, signage, maps, and historical photos, to create new products for sale on the e-commerce system; 7. Meet all CTA style guidelines when reproducing Gifts Program Merchandise and accurately reproduce CTA marks authorized for use on Gifts Program Merchandise. The CTA has the right to inspect and reject any Gifts Program Merchandise that does not meet CTA’s standards; 8. Submit samples of all Gifts Program Merchandise and packaging to the CTA for approval. Upon CTA’S written approval, implementation may commence in accordance with any restrictions or conditions that the CTA’s requires; 9. All Gifts Program Merchandise and all advertising shall be of tasteful and reputable character, in CTA’s sole determination; 10. Manage and maintain all stock levels and replenish inventory to prevent out-of-stock issues. Provide a detailed description of the process for CTA’s approval
