All correspondence must be made through the Vendor Portal. Specifications include, but are not limited to: The renovation work includes but is not limited to: new partition walls, doors/frames, hardware, ceilings, lighting, flooring, painting, new science labs, cafeteria, classrooms, and library as shown on the drawings and described herein. All demolition, architectural, mechanical, electrical, fire protection, plumbing work will be the responsibility of the general/prime contractor. 1 All costs for overtime, weekend work, or additional manpower shall be included in the Base Bid, as required to meet the project schedule/timeline as outlined herein. 2 All work shall be under General Contractor. All demolition, architectural, structural, food service, civil, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection work is a part of the General Contractor’s responsibility. 3 The Contractor shall field verify all existing electrical and mechanical piping and conduit runs and all other associated MEP & FP items, such as fire alarm, H.V.A.C. controls, security systems wiring, etc. not only within and adjacent to the project area, but also any electrical runs, controls, gas lines, sprinklers, etc. that feed other areas within the building. The field verification shall be conducted prior to the start of this project and coordinated with the schools’ daily schedule, which may include, but is not limited to, evening and weekend hours.
