Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Proposer shall provide a comprehensive Program specific to Reading and Math for CPS, which shall be tailored to the individual needs of students, parents and teachers. These Services shall include: 1. Instructional Services (K-8): Provide supplemental instructional support services in reading and mathematics to eligible ESSA Title I elementary school students in pull-out (before, during, or after) school programs using direct instructional and/or blended model(s). 2. High School Student Support (9-12): Provide high school student support programs, online, in-person, ACT/SAT College Prep, and Placement Test Prep. Credit Recovery services to provide online courses for high school students who have not successfully earned course requirements. 3. Academic Coaching: Provide coaching with participating ESSA Title I students, their parents and teachers that focuses on the process of learning, executive functioning, educational and career plans, personal/social development, and social-emotional learning as it pertains to academics.
