Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Illinois State Board of Education Software Solutions Department seeks a Bidder to provide one senior data analyst on a time-and-materials basis to assist on the Permanent Electronic Benefit Transfer (P-EBT) program and related Agency projects. This is not an entry-level position and requires candidates with not only an extensive technical background/experience, but also the social skillsets to lead a high-profile project with critical and immediate deadlines. A successful candidate will leverage their experience and expertise to guide ISBE in ways to improve the data collection for the P-EBT program. The successful candidate will be expected to take a lead role on the project and must have the ability to mentor the rest of the team to ensure continuity upon completion in an accurate manner. Due to the complexity and importance of this project, the candidate must be able to leverage their senior-level work experience to provide daily technical and decision-making expertise to the team.
