The City of Berwyn is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced Audio-Visual (AV) system providers for the supply, installation, and commissioning of AV systems at our Police Department. The Berwyn Police Department is dedicated to maintaining public safety and ensuring a secure environment for our community. The Berwyn Police Department has taken significant steps towards enhancing our operational capabilities and providing our officers with state-of-the-art facilities. The Berwyn Police Department will require a comprehensive AV system for various areas including the IDF Closet, Roll Call Room, Training Rooms, Watch Commander Office, Community Room, Sergeant's Room, and Lunch Room. The system should include components for control, video, networking, and audio. We want to be able to control sources and devices from a single centrally located touch panel on the wall. The scope of work for this project includes, but is not limited to, the following: Supply of Equipment: o Control Systems o Video Distribution and Display Systems o Networking Equipment o Audio Systems o Racks and Accessories Installation Services: o Installation of all supplied equipment o Configuration and integration of AV systems o Termination and testing of all cables and connections Commissioning and Testing: o Comprehensive testing of all installed systems o Demonstration of system functionality to designated personnel o Provision of necessary documentation and manuals Training: o On-site training for staff on the operation and basic troubleshooting of the AV systems Support and Maintenance: o Warranty support for all installed equipment o Options for ongoing support and maintenance services
