The scope of work for this project includes, but is not limited to, the following: Supply of Equipment: o Control Systems o Video Distribution and Display Systems o Networking Equipment o Audio Systems o Racks and Accessories Installation Services: o Installation of all supplied equipment o Configuration and integration of AV systems o Termination and testing of all cables and connections Commissioning and Testing: o Comprehensive testing of all installed systems o Demonstration of system functionality to designated personnel o Provision of necessary documentation and manuals Training: o On-site training for staff on the operation and basic troubleshooting of the AV systems Support and Maintenance: o Warranty support for all installed equipment o Options for ongoing support and maintenance services
