Vendors are encouraged to provide menus for all types of cuisines, with the goal of being included on a list of “UIC Catering – Recommended Vendors”. While usage of vendors on such a listing will not be a mandatory requirement, this RFI is intended to identify potential diverse vendors and catering options for UIC.
