The City is seeking compliance from all property owners that own vacant properties located in East Moline. The successful firm will assist in the registration process and shall be responsible for the following: • Process registration applications every 6 months • Provide all registration documents to all vacant property owners • Communicate with staff, property owners, financial institutions, and agents by email, phone, and correspondence letters • Work closely with staff, property owners, financial institutions, and agents • Collect and remit to the City all fees associated with the VFPO • Research owners’ information • Maintain database for vacant and foreclosed properties • Complete necessary duties to complete the registration process
