The Foss Park District, does hereby invite bid proposals for Pool Demolition at 1730 Lewis Ave, North Chicago, Illinois 60064.
Address sealed bids to the attention of Kari Cowart and specify “Pool Demolition Bid” on the envelope. Sealed bids will be received until 10:00 am on Wednesday April 2, 2025, at 1730 Lewis Avenue, North Chicago, IL 60064. The Bid Opening will be held in the lobby at 1730 Lewis Avenue North Chicago immediately following the bid submission on Wednesday April 2, 2025. Bids submitted after the deadline will be returned unopened. No oral, telephone, fax or email proposals will be considered.
Bid documents can be picked up at 1730 Lewis Ave, North Chicago, IL 60064 Monday thru Friday 9am to 4pm or online at www.fosspark-district.org
If bids will be hand delivered before the due date, please deliver between 9am-4pm (Monday-Friday) to Community Recreation Center, 1730 Lewis Avenue, North Chicago, IL 60064.
