1. DESCRIPTION OF SUPPLIES AND SERVICES 1.1. SUPPLIES AND/OR SERVICES REQUIRED: The Illinois State Toll Highway Authority (ISTHA or Illinois Tollway) is seeking a qualified vendor to provide Strategic Planning and Consulting services to conduct a thorough analysis of Illinois Tollway's current Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) landscape and employee experience, with the goal of deriving actionable insights and strategies for improvement. The Vendor shall be responsible for all associated expenses which include travel, labor, materials, tools, supplies and related equipment to perform Strategic Planning and Consulting services. Comprehensive Report: An in-depth analysis of the DEI and employee experience landscape at Illinois Tollway. Actionable Recommendations: Clear strategies and actionable steps to enhance DEI initiatives and improve the work environment. Dashboard Access: Interactive dashboard with comprehensive results. Presentations: Multiple presentations to various stakeholders. Individual Reports: Detailed reports for different departments/teams. ubscription Offering: Access to a suite of tools and resources through a tailored subscription model. Ongoing Support: Continued support and guidance for implementation and improvement. Cost and Timeline: The comprehensive analysis project, including the Employee Engagement Survey, covered in the initial cost. Project phases completion within three months, with an actionable plan for ongoing implementation throughout the year. Implementation Support: Vendor shall provide assistance and guidance in implementing the recommended strategies and actions.
