Tazewell County is requesting sealed proposals from interested and qualified parties for a Real Property Computer Assisted Mass Appraisal (CAMA) System.
Copies of the Request for Proposals document may be obtained from the Tazewell County Finance Office beginning Wednesday, January 3, 2024, at 11 S. 4th Street, Suite 120, McKenzie Building, Pekin, Illinois, 61554. Proposals will be received in the Tazewell County Finance Office, 11 S. 4th Street, Suite 120, Pekin, Illinois, 61554 no later than 2:00 p.m. CST, Wednesday, January 31, 2024.
Proposals will be publicly opened in the Tazewell County Finance Office, located at 11 S. 4th Street, Suite 120, Pekin, Illinois 61554 immediately following the close of receipts.

Submissions must include one (1) original RFP and proposal (clearly marked as such), a duplicate copy, and three (3) electronic versions on USB drives as described previously in Section 9.0. Faxed information is not acceptable. Proposals received after specified time and date will be rejected as non-responsive.
The offerors will be evaluated by the Selection Committee comprised of County officials and key personnel with experience and knowledge of services and contracts of this scope and nature. Offerors selected for further consideration will be asked to present to the Selection Committee on a mutually agreeable date between February 7-13, 2024 at the Tazewell County offices located in Pekin, Illinois.
