The Village of Oak Lawn (the “Village”) is accepting proposals to provide services for structure adjustments, driveway removal and replacement, curb spot repair, sidewalk spot repair, and all other related work for 2024.
Full Depth Improvements: Scope includes Pavement removal and replacement with HMA Surface Course 2” and HMA Binder Course 3”.
Grind & Overlay (G&O) Improvements: Scope includes 2” surface removal and replacement with HMA Surface Course 1.5” and Leveling Binder 0.75”.
The scope includes structure adjustments, driveway removal and replacement, curb spot repair, and sidewalk spot repair.

Sealed proposals will be accepted at the Oak Lawn Municipal Center Village Clerk’s Office at 9446 Raymond Avenue, Oak Lawn, Illinois, 60453, until 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, February 28, 2024. The Village reserves the right to reject any proposals, accept all or part of a proposal, and waive minor irregularities and nonconformities in any proposal when it is in the best interest of the Village. All sealed bid proposals will be publicly opened and read at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, February 28, 2024, in the Municipal Center Auditorium located on the second floor.
