25-012 - Catalina Subdivision 2025 Watermain Project

The Village of Orland Park (“Village”) is requesting proposals for water main replacement and storm sewer work in Phase III of the Cata-lina Subdivision (“Project”). The contractor shall be responsible for all work required herein to be performed, and shall provide and furnish all labor, materials, equipment to complete the water main replacement and storm sewer work according to Exhibit A and Exhibit B for drawings and specifications. This includes all water main structures, valves, hydrants, storm sewers, and the repair of surface infrastructure once complete. The Village reserves the right to extend this phase into 2026 depending on funding for this project.
