All sealed proposals must be submitted to the Village Clerk’s Office labeled RFP # 20-022 –Village Prosecutor Legal Services in the lower left hand corner and addressed to:

                        Village of Orland Park
                        Attn: Clerk’s Office
                        14700 S. Ravinia Avenue
                        Orland Park, IL 60462

Proposers must submit three (3) complete, sealed and signed hardcopies of the proposal. Two (2) bound sets and one (1) unbound set - shall be marked “Original” and must contain original signatures. Proposals shall include all requested information, forms, certifications and addendum acknowledgements (if applicable) in each copy in order to be considered responsive.
