Description

The Village of Richton Park (“Village”) is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) with the intent of negotiating a contract for the delivery of grant writing services. The Village intends to select the lowest negotiated bid submitted by a responsible and responsive Respondent. The successful Respondent (“Contractor”) shall enter into a contract with the Village (“Agreement”) for an initial term of two (2) years. Upon expiration of this term, the Village may elect to extend the Agreement for a period of time agreed upon by the parties, not to exceed a total of Six (6) years, including the initial two (2) years.
