Contractor shall provide the City of Indianapolis with Dependent Care Flexible Spending and Health Reimbursement Accounts that include: 18.1.1. Toll-free CustomerService participant support Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. 18.1.2. Claims Processed on a daily basis. 18.1.3. The Contractor claim and customer service departments are audited on a basis exceeding industry standards. 18.1.4. Assistance with employee enrollment meetings. 18.1.5. Production of Employee Information Packet. 18.1.6. Issuance of a debit card for all participants, spouses, and eligible dependents. This allows point of service reimbursement of medical eligible goods and services at qualified merchants. 18.1.7. Web access (24 hours a day / 7- days a week) provided to participantsfor viewing their debit card activity. A mobile application available for employees, so they can upload claims to the site for payment. 18.1.8.
