The Consolidated City of Indianapolis and Marion County (hereinafter the “City”), through its Department of Public Works (DPW), seeks a qualified firm or firms to provide solid waste, recycling, and leaf collection services for the residents of designated hauling Districts within the City. As further described in this RFP, the City is requesting a base proposal to provide weekly cart-based collection of trash, monthly collection of bulk items (2 items per month), weekly leaf collection during an approximately four-week collection season in the fall, and subscription-based curbside recycling (in which homeowners voluntarily elect to participate in recycling). The base proposal reflects the current level of services provided to residents of the City
