Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor will clean and evaluate multiple sets of data to identify outcomes from the programmatic intervention. Contractor will identify any gaps in data and advise the City of better data collection methods and strategies based on their evaluation. Services shall include a technical review of the data and the impacts of the intervention to date, as well as the creation of an interactive tool (a “dashboard”) for the City to understand the data moving forward. The City and its partners will provide access to all data sets necessary to the completion of the work. This project requires specialized knowledge in program evaluation, education research, database management, data visualization, statistics, or a related field preferred. Below are the required skills: Data management and analysis including development and selection of appropriate evaluation methodology, data management, and data analysis for multiple initiatives and proposals Data visualization including providing expert technical assistance to center staff on visualization development Evaluation design including participation in all phases of the evaluation process, including problem definition, planning, implementing, analysis, interpretation, and reporting of results for multiple initiatives
