Specifications include, but are not limited to: 3.1 Scope. The ICN is seeking bid proposals from Vendors capable of transporting 10 gigabit Wavelength services between CoreSite DE1, 910 15th Street, Denver, CO and the ICN location at Iowa Western Community College (IWCC), 2700 College Road, Council Bluffs, IA 51503. The ICN offers Transit Internet gateway services to authorized users in the State of Iowa at variable bandwidth requirements of which educational institutions in Iowa constitute the largest client base. To accomplish this, the ICN seeks dedicated 10Gig Wavelength transport with the opportunity to scale up to higher bandwidth levels. 3.1.1 The “Preferred” Iowa endpoint location is: the ICN location at Iowa Western Community College (IWCC), 2700 College Road, Council Bluffs, IA 51503. 3.1.2 “Optional” Iowa endpoint locations for service delivery are to an ICN splice access handhole location as follows: a. ICN Splice LS1G handhole on the south side of the community college, NW side of College Road and Reiver Lane “T” intersection. b. ICN Splice MS1301-B handhole on the southeast corner of E. Kanesville Blvd. and College Rd. c. ICN Splice MS1301-C on the southwest corner of College Road and Circle Drive Note: see Exhibit 1 for map of splice point locations. 3.1.3 All Colorado endpoints shall be within the meet me room within the Coresite DE1 data center, NO EXCEPTIONS will be considered.
