Specifications include, but are not limited to: The improvement includes scarification of existing asphalt streets, furnish and place Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA), furnish and place pavement markings, traffic control and other incidental items, all in accordance with the contract documents including Plan File No. 663-070/100, at the following locations and other locations directed by the City Engineer in Des Moines, Iowa: 8th Street - Boston Avenue to Ovid Avenue. 17th Street - Crocker Street to School Street. SW 26th Street - Thornton Avenue to Watrous Avenue. Boston Ave - 2nd Avenue to 6th Avenue. Des Moines Street - E 6th Street to Pennsylvania Avenue. Kingman Boulevard - Polk Boulevard to 33rd Street. Madison Avenue - Beaver Avenue to 50th Street.
