Spring Cleanup • The Contractor shall remove all trash, site debris, leaves, and other items that have collected in the landscape beds during the winter months. • Trim back old growth of perennials. This also includes cutting back ornamental grasses and dormant deciduous plants. • Trimming of shrubs using horticultural standards to promote healthy growth. • Weeding of all landscape beds as necessary. If sprayed, dead growth must be properly removed. • Edging of landscape beds as needed. This work shall be completed in the spring only.
