Validation for testing on the Water s instruments takes several months to years to complete due to the complexity. For consistency in test method development and performance, the same supply source must be used. If changes are made to these supplies, validation portions would need to have repeat performance. It is not in the best interest of the Government for testing operation to use any other supply that Water s.
