Specifications include, but are not limited to: as-needed acquisition support services as requested by the City of Cedar Rapids Public Works Department, Real Estate Division. 2.1 Consultant shall review the title for each parcel assigned by the City. 2.2 Work closely with City staff prior to beginning acquisition to: a) Review parcel status as it relates to acquisition and title complexity; b) Strategize and prioritize parcels for timely project deadline completion; 2.3 Attend weekly project review meetings, in person, with City staff and any other meetings as requested; 2.4 Provide QA and weekly reporting of project/parcel status; 2.5 Provide guidance and recommendations to City staff regarding relocation assistance benefits; 2.6 Provide relocation assistance advisory service to impacted parcel owners; 2.7 Draft necessary acquisition, relocation and title clearance documents; 2.8 Negotiate and acquire all necessary property interests
