The ATMS shall be a cloud-based computing services solution. This requirement does not apply to the video distribution system elements, for which the requirements are included in the MV section of these requirements. The system shall provide High Availability (HA) operations of 99.8%. HA operations must include maintaining primary and secondary (backup) production sites in distinct geographic locations. Other reasonable strategies proposed by the Responder must be approved by Iowa DOT. The system shall have a staging environment.
