1. 24/7 coverage of transport is required. 2. One ambulance staffed with two personnel is required. We will need one driver and one EMS provider in the back who is able to run important equipment such as suction, oxygen, lighting, temperature control, etc. to assist the flight crews as needed. 3. Supplier should have the ability to transfer adult, child, and neonate patients. 4. Supplier team will be responsible for transporting the patient and air ambulance crew from Iowa City Airport to MCU or MCD as directed. 5. Non-University AirCare 1 crews will need to be transported from the airport to the designated campus, and then back to the airport with their equipment. Supplier will need to wait for the crew to finish hand off to the hospital medical teams. 6. Response times will need to be emergent and timely.
